These Terms of Service govern your use of Elyrasa.co.za and purchases made from Elyra.
By accessing our website or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
1. About Elyra
Elyra operates the online store available at Elyrasa.co.za.
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services online.

Placing a product in your shopping cart does not necessarily reserve that product.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been submitted, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund where applicable.

Prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable delivery charges and other relevant charges will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices prospectively. A price change will not ordinarily alter the price of an order that has already been validly accepted, except where permitted or required by law.
6. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, payment failure, product unavailability, obvious pricing or listing errors, or inability to fulfil the order.
Where we cancel an order after receiving payment and the customer is entitled to reimbursement, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.
Orders will generally only be processed once successful payment has been received or confirmed.
Payment transactions may be processed by independent payment providers and may also be subject to their terms.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered according to our separate Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and timeframes provided on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Please ensure that delivery details supplied during checkout are accurate and complete.
9. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and applicable South African law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, ECTA or other applicable legislation.
10. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes:
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- May have an expiry date

- May require a minimum order amount
- May not be combined with other promotions

Where customers are permitted to submit reviews, photographs, comments or other content, the submitted material must not be unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, fraudulent, threatening or infringe another person's rights.
We may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary.

We aim to keep our website available and functioning correctly, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, service-provider interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by South African law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Elyra will not be responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances outside our reasonable control or by a customer's unlawful or improper use of the website.

By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as reasonably necessary to provide our services and fulfil orders, subject to POPIA and other applicable law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from exercising any statutory rights or using any dispute-resolution mechanism available under applicable South African law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Changes will be published on Elyrasa.co.za. Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law and will not remove rights that have already accrued to customers.
